This herbal bath tea is a soothing blend of skin-calming herbs & flowers, responsibly wildcrafted & grown in the Sage & Thistle urban garden, each of which promotes healthy skin regeneration and provides relief from swelling & soreness. Brew tea, then add to sitz bath, regular bath, and use to make soothing frozen postpartum pads.

Directions for use: Steep 3T of botanicals in 1L of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, and add to sitz bath, regular bath, or cool completely and use to make frozen pads. (Optional: add alcohol-free Witch Hazel to provide even more relief!)
