The Sage & Thistle Garden has always been the bedrock of the natural products we create here at S&T, and at times we have an abundance of our organically-grown botanicals -- we are beyond happy to share some mini bouquets of our nourishing, edible botanicals that make amazing garnishes for Summer cocktails, calming evening tea blends, infusions, and more (and if you're like Owner & Head Gardener Mikael, you'll try rooting each plant in water to create more garden plants!). These mini beauties feature rotating varieties of safe, edible herbs from our pesticide-free garden, including Bee Balm, Lime Balm (cousin to Lemon Balm), Lavender, many types of Mint, Yarrow, and many more as the Summer goes on. Each mini bouquet comes in a small jar that has been repurposed: when customers return their glass vessels to us, we wash and sterilize them, and find new uses so they don't need to be recycled or end up in a landfill.
