Shipping policy

 

Processing times

We begin processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it, during business hours: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. If your order is received outside of business hours, we will begin processing it the next business day. Please allow 3-5 days for your shipment to go out. We are closed on all Canadian statutory Holidays: should you wish to place an order or if you need assistance with an order on a day we are closed, please place us an order or send us an email and we will respond within three business days.

Shipping & Handling

Sage & Thistle Handmade Goods partners with Canada Post for parcel delivery. Once we deliver your order to Canada Post, delivery times are out of our hands. Typically, domestic Canadian orders are received within a week, but may take longer, especially with pandemic-related delays. Typically, shipments to the US arrive within two weeks, but may take longer, especially with pandemic-related delays.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Sage & Thistle Handmade Goods is not responsible for lost shipments, however, we will work with you to make sure you get a replacement order as soon as possible.

Should your order arrive with damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can make it right. Failure to contact us within the aforementioned time period voids us of all responsibility.

Order amendments

Please check all order information including address, phone number, and e-mail carefully before submitting your order. That said, we know that mistakes happen! If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you want to amend it, please email us at sageandthistlegoods@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and include your name, order number and additional items being requested and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, you may need to place a new order. Additional costs for merchandise and shipping will be added to your original bill. 

Cancelled orders (orders that have been placed, but not shipped) will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from your refund.
