Mugwort has become a favourite herb in the Sage & Thistle Apothecary Garden (an excellent alternative to overharvested White Sage, and a plant naturalized to Ontario). We love to burn it as an incense, but it has many uses in traditional herbalism as a bitter digestive tonic as well as uses in topical skincare. Ours is grown organically & with care in Toronto.
